Let me tell you the truth,
You must be good and pure .
Nourish your body and mind
By performing good deeds.
There is no good in doing
That unless you hold.
If there is dart and dust in a mirror,
We can’t see our image ,
So ignorance and wickedness
Are the dirt and dust
Are on the mirror of our hearts.
Selfishness is the main sin
Thinking ourselves first.
Even vicious thought will rebound,
Every thought of hatred
Which you may have thought,
In the cave even, is stored up
And one day come back to you
With tremendous power
In the form of some miseries here.
